Hi, I’m Shawn Riley, the owner of Rise & Shine.
After nearly 20 years in restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment management, I have learned that the most meaningful part of leadership is helping people recognize their strengths, work through challenges, and move forward with confidence.
I created Rise & Shine with that same purpose: to provide practical help, genuine encouragement, and personal support to people navigating everyday challenges and important transitions.
I am also a husband and father working toward a more stable future for my family in Missouri. That journey has taught me the value of patience, faith, careful planning, and taking progress one responsible step at a time.
Rise & Shine is more than a business to me. It is an opportunity to use my experience to help others while building something meaningful and sustainable for my family.
